Yes mate I also believe this interest rate fiasco is nonsense. Time and time and time again my portfolio wipes 1-2% off the back of interest rate news. Only to come back up instantly or in a few days or few weeks. I hear people on doom and gloom when the cash rate is .85% jesus what else could you want? That's damn low. If you are levered to the absolutely tits, if you mortgage is 90% of the value of the house, then yeah you're gonna get smacked hard.
