I have just checked recent reporting from Scentre, i see they have big negative balance currently. 1.2bln of liquid assets vs 3.5bln current liabilities, much bigger than previous year (only 700mln negative in 2019) and they are desperate for sure. I think it is much in their interest to negotiate lower fees than nothing. They have already had Premier, now Mosaic, who's next?.. Myer, David Jones?..They are going to get broke soon and they know it.... It's likely we will see news in favour of Mozaic soon..
