Mark my words, when they announce results there will be no guidance (fair enough) and no quantification of what financial impact this has on the group.
If rental hasn't been paid and Scentre has punted all their stores (good and bad performers) is it not reasonable to think that they will legally go after what they're owed in back rent now they have nothing to lose?
