Moz' was (look at me talking in 'past tense'....), RBR's big ticket.

The terrorism would stop if the Moz' Govt got off their ass and did something about it. They couldn't even fufill their promise to Total to protect a 25km area around the site. Now Total are gone and could easily never return as it was only part of their business and they haven't spent that much yet.

If they do come back, I'm reading it may be a year or two away once Moz' actually establishes a secure area (for real this time).

Here's hoping RBR can limp along until that time.
