Please find attached an Investment Opportunity Memorandum for Auroch. They are ASX listed and have flown a little bit under the radar here in Europe, however they are an interesting management team and have an interesting project.

The company is currently seeking investors to continue the development of its Gold Mining Project located in Mozambique. We believe the project is an attractive investment as it requires low up-front capital and provides cash flows early in the project. With the right investor, the project has potential to become a low cost +100,000ozs Au per year producer and we therefore wondered if this might be of interest to you.
