With circa $300m in the bank, I can't see that MSB would be after more cash. Take a look at the proportion of stock that is in the hands of the public (about 10% I think from the latest presentation). It seems to me that with this very small free float, it would be very easy to swing the price so as to trade profitably or accumulate from less patient holders. Unfortunately, I can't see the stock price moving from around about here until real money (i.e. revenue) starts flowing.
IMHO.
