Whilst I agree with your interpretation ,currently dilution is a trivial amount @ 60m shares , in the scheme of current shares on issue its less than 2.5% (or 6m post consolidation) , if we hit those milestones then I'll be happy for them to dish out another 30m shares that will be a win win

I was interested though that there were no options given as per previous acquisition which to me suggests all the activity and dollars will be thrown at our first lithium/gold leases and Roe gold which is ok by me.

We just need to get the formalities out of the way and start exploring
