Am fully aware of that, thats why i posed the question (not wanting a reprint of the announcement)

As they highlighted "pre consolodation", it would be fair to say that the deal would be consistent and calculated in the same manner unless stated otherwise.

The ratios offered are consistent with the previous deal so it could quite easily be viewed as "pre consol" for all numbers presented.

first deal, 200million shares with 80mill and 80mill for milestones

this deal 40 mill, then 15mill and 15mill for milestones.

Why would they offer 150mill and 150mill for milestones?? that would be 7x the deal.

So for mine it is 30million for milestones and not 300 million.
