The SP was 0.6 only three weeks ago (approx). The request for the CR to a sophisticated investor was probably being discussed for some time. To me the price is fair, assuming the future as described works as favorably as hoped.
Sept is only 11 days away and at most 40 days before "promised" announcements of drilling results.
Patience is really a great virtue. Hang in there everybody.
