That's a truism and I take no issue with it.

What I DO take issue with is the frankly ridiculous, ongoing veiled assertions by some SH that the BoD is somehow engaged in wrong dealings.

Scoot up a few posts and see that it's being suggested that the information in the article was being witheld from investors.

Even your most recent question to @adreamer appears (and correct me if I've got the wrong end of the stick here) to suggest by way of question that those who particpated in the recent 708 raise may have been privvy to info that other SH were not.

The "group" (you know who I'm talking about) have been engaged in this sort of side-mouthed scuttlebutt (as well as other actions intended to catch the BoD out in some kind of 'gotcha' moment) for a good while now and, I would assert, this has done nothing but distract from core functions and propagate doubt amongst SH and potential SH.

As I've said previously, I have no intention of sitting idly by while others engage in behaviour that risks my investment.
