Well that's different. Usually companies at this end of the spectrum tend to more or less gloss over their DD on new acquisitions. At least these guys have identified some issues and informed the market before completing the transactions, rather than the usual modus operendi of just hiding the negative stuff in a quarterly when they find out about it post completion of the acquisition.
