As reported by others, there is a lot of key forecast financial and operational information missing.
Exclusivity over a site is far from shovel ready; shovel ready could take years. If that's the case then positive operational cashflow could take years. They need to clearly communicate the situation to the market as we feel it's one of the the key's to the success or failure of their proposition.
