Not price sensitive since it is only site acquisition/exclusivity. Once they build something on there or achieve grid connection will be price sensitive.
Nonetheless this stock is due a rerate. It has all the hallmarks of serious growth potential:
- Management own significant % of company: well motivated! - ESG credentials are off the charts, renewables and sustainability is the hottest space and the future! - Oversubscribed capital raise with the SP holding well above the raise price of $0.085 - Build Own Operate strategy is a value add and will generate recurring revenue - 22% revenue growth in the half, with positive swing to EBITDA
