From the quarterly you would expect Revenue to increase with 2 coming on line in March
During the Quarter, MPower largely completed the two 5MWAC solar farm projects at
South Hummocks and Kadina in South Australia. Commissioning of the two projects
commenced in February 2021 and the projects were both connected to the grid and first
energised during March 2021. By the end of the Quarter, the two 5MWAC solar farm
projects had reached commercial operation and were exporting at full capacity and
generating revenue.

8.6.1 Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating
cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?
Answer: No, net operating cash flows during the quarter were adversely impacted by the
timing of milestone receipts and supplier payments on projects.

8.6.2 Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further
cash to fund its operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it
believe that they will be successful?
Answer: The company undertook a $5 million placement in two tranches in February 2021.
Tranche 2 of the placement completed after the end of the quarter.

8.6.3 Does the entity expect to be able to continue its operations and to meet its business
objectives and, if so, on what basis?
Answer: Yes, following the successful $5 million capital raising and an increasing pipeline of
Build Own Operate project opportunities

It would be nice to know how much net cash flow that they will generate and what 2Q outflows will be?
