A capital raising is quite likely in the near term given the small remaining cash balance of the company. However, I imagine the company will need to firstly provide more information on the proposed financing for its new build projects, for any capital raising to have a reasonable prospect of success. Investors will need to understand the equity investment required from MPR for each project and MPR will need to raise enough new capital to ensure that these projects are fully funded.
