The issue is whether or not St George took a $2.8 million haircut on their loan or did OCI pay out all or part of it .The answer to that will show what OCI paid for it’s 50 million shares.Shareholders are entitled to know the answer.I suggest that interested shareholders contact MPRand demand that they provide the details that will clear the issue up (I already have without getting any satisfaction). Part of the problem may be that the CEO is a lawyer and seems to show all the communication skills that lawyers are notorious for lacking!
