Nah I misworded that sorry, was meaning 2c in my mind, based on todays SP. Tbh I actually missed the 2.8M they mentioned there, so you are right. If OCP are actually paying 2.8M in cash to help pay off the old facility, that would be a 5.6c SP. Sounds too good to be true though. Interest rate is a little higher, repayment is pretty quick over the 2 years. That has to be factored in somehow. Dunno, too tired right now to look into it more.
