    re: Ann: MPS successful outcome in the P-REIT... By the end of the year they will have paid down their debt or refinanced and will resume divs next year. Also chance of capital return through continued redemptions. The PXT appeal has no chance. Read the original decision and it is very sound. Should be trading at least at 50% of the increased NTA of 19c.
