Even if they don't see it that way, the anger from shareholders should be enough for Charles to mention it. For example he could say something such as ... 'GTT is co owned by Charles however this ensures we get the get the best deal on the market and it ensures interests are aligned. GTT is also very invested in the long term success of MQR . .. bla bla bla..'
At the moment it just looks like Charles is doing it for self interest.
