Of course they care. Rocco is holding, his wife, Charles, Patrick... the entire crew. It's basically their shell and is priced as such.
It has the perfect structure for inserting a decent asset just like they did with TAO/HYM.
It just takes time and due diligence to find the correct asset. There is a lot of crap floated around by vendors looking to place in a public entity. MQR has been stating an acquisition since late last year, so it's certainly taken it's time, however I don't mind waiting if they're going to replicate TAO.
