Ho Bee Land will either end up buying AVJ at a discount or if it over plays its hand end by bidding the price too high find a way to back out of the deal.
At the end of the day the own of both entities happy to keep other shareholders as minorities to to hold their dollars in their own private hands.
AVJ could sleep for another 10 years and Simon Cheong would not care. Asl long as the land appreciates and he has further opportunities to increase his stake. When he reaches 70-80 percent he might finish the other shareholders off.
Until then he will either buy it cheap or get other party to F off so he can keep his toy.
