Absolutely spot on. I held SBM shares when they acquired another company, in the process paying about twice what the shares were worth at the time. This was done without shareholder approval. I always looked longingly at the amount of presentations and roadshows (flying first class, staying first class undoubtedly) that took place around the world at shareholder expense. SBM management (offices all over the place) certainly were disciples of the Sir Lunchalot style of doing business. What a joke!
