I have no idea of whats really happening or of any proper/current facts thus far..because the Co has failed to communicate with S/holders ...."my guess is" that someone has done a runner or has made himself uncontactable.
I suppose at the end of the day this is or will be a civil matter rather than a criminal matter and will need to go through the court system to be resolved and who knows when that will be... ... by then, IMO the phones will be so out of date and have dead batteries it won't matter anyway.
