why would it not be a criminal matter? it's theft isn't it? I think it's time ASX Surveillance took more of an interest in this crap.
As an aside, I nearly fell off my chair the other day as well ....... apparently this P-Fual pie in the sky has been around for at least 10 years and nobody wanted to touch it. Guess he finally found the shell to do it with .... similar to Nova Vita and BPO/SLA (Russian connections there as well) and that saga which all turned out so well for shareholders .... NOT. There is a pattern here with these guys and what they do. The fact they keep getting away with it is what surprises me.
