Let's just hope Mr Y Szender reconsiders his position and lets hope that the Co has water tight agreements in place.....It's seems from what we have been told that he basically wants to now change the terms of the agreements previously entered into. I also hope that Mr Y Szender is a person with substantial means and assets in HK in the event legal proceedings are taken and the court rules against him......I also think he may be a well traveled business person and he may decide to live and work elsewhere rather than HK !!!! . I hope the Co has immediately put on urgent Court proceedings seeking the return of goods and other urgent injunctions to stop Mr Y S from acting for the Co and maybe to restrain his overseas movements pending resolution of the matter in full.
