I already have warned you on what a lemon MRC is, probably the biggest one on the ASX IMO, I think this deal hinges off the sale of Tormin to get the free cash, Tormin is the only thing going well for MRC...well not really, but the only asset that has value.

Sell Tormin and get comfortable with CR's?

Mineral Sands are a really hot commodity and MRC are selling hjeir Mineral Sands commodity to get themselves out of poor decisions made over the last year or since the previous management I reckon.8

Where will the profits come from once Tormin is sold? CR's will fund MRC into the future when profit making components of MRC are sold.
