I am not sure why you think it's a big loss.
When researching MRC I knew the former CEO was selling, This changed my investment strategy to buy over a long duration. I still buy MRC but I am reluctant to increase my shareholder due to the uncertainty of future ownership of Tormin, Although I invested in MRC for its graphite projects, I have enjoyed researching mineral sands and I like the troubled project.
I can see your frustration seeing how wrong you were about EGR, I would be too if I missed out on gains of 1500% soon after downramping on a stock.
