Ann: MRC enters into agreement for sale of Skaland Graphite Proje, page-7

I love this deal! Skaland was a great asset but we couldn't keep it under the circumstances. So getting almost 20 million aud is a lifesaver. We can repay the 6m loan, we can pay the 7.5m to get 49% of munglinup and still have money left 5.5m to try and pursue the graphite and anode plant in homebase. Plus we can expect some insurance and maybe a selling price from Tormin. I reckon it may start at 5c when trade again...
