As you know MRC has had production issues, thankfully we have AU Mining that is a major shareholder who is willing to fund the purchase.
My preference is for MRC to pay the loan to Au Mining in the future (12 months) rather than dilute shareholders by issuing shares at 2 cents.Hi Norway, 30mil shares at 2.6 cents = $780k
If the SP falls Gold Terrace will get less, if the SP goes up they get more.
