Hi spid81 it requires share holder approval…You say it’s not negative yet if it’s approved dilution will occur and also a loan will be provided…If it doesn’t get passed then management haven’t been able to achieve their own objective due to lack of available funds and aging assets.You had us believe a sugary hit was available post the US$2 million financial loss…Why do they need a loan when you made up information about the extra funds…

Where have these funds been spent…? The fleet needs urgent funds and now this
