You continue to prove you don't understand today's announcement,

You think extra dilution is coming, where the announcement clearly states any additional dilution will require shareholder approval.

Instead of seeing the positives that the major shareholder wants to increase his holding in MRC (he cannot buy on market) you are trying to turn this into a negative, People who don't have their vision clouded would understand this is a sign that the company is returning to profitability and the future is bright.

I have stated many times now that I won't agree to issuing Au Mining the ~40mil shares instead of repaying their $800k loan, the interest they have offered is much lower than peers (WKT) who have paid 17 - 21% for similar loans.
