i dont think so.

It is pretty clear to me Management dont know how to market the company correctly. MRC shouldnt be raising funds at 7.5c and AU mining shouldn't be the underwriter.

IMO if they attracted a decent broker they could have achieved a better SP where we suffer less dilution.

i would have thought announcing the commencement of drilling of De Punt and Munglinup, the restart of processing of the inland strands and FID on the anode business and moving forward with Mitsubish would have been announcement that would have significantly increased the SP. Why raise prior?

It will be interesting to see if Caruso starts selling during the CR. As he did when MRC raised at 14c. Or if he has been restricted with the recent WA court case.
Again, why are we raising at 7.5c which is almost a 50% discount to last years last CR. This show a complete lack of promotion/marketing by management.

i wonder if one of the HC poster is linked to AU mining, it makes no sense to me to down ramp a stock if you are trying to sell. But it makes perfect sense to down ramp if your going to be underwriting a capital raising.
