Well i clearly said the "processing facility" and "legally obtained" so yes, I was referring to the facility.
Might not get much info from a pic as you say, but you would certainly see if the lights are on and process machinery generating steam through the chimneys i guess? Just good to see isn't it?

If as you have now highlighted, MRC spent more than it was allowed, and that this is a breach... then what would be the consequences that the other guys could call against MRC? Could they cancel it all and walk away and MRC loses the mine?
