What a stupid comment,

If MRC has spent more money on the project, they will need to either transfer funds over to the Graphite business, or if it used cash from its MRC entity, it will not be allowed to recover those funds.

The other so called breach is due to MRC working towards downstream processing without the minority shareholder.

@sarosa You forgot about MRC buying into the Canadian company to gain access to its purification method.
