It does appear you know more than you are letting on, National workers strike was announced today, nothing significant at all.
It certainly explains why you were asking others to check out what was happening on-site.

My I suggest you is to look deeper into the disagreement between the minority shareholder and their argument, I see nothing significant to worry about.

Worst case MRC cannot claim the additional funds they have spent outside of the Skaland Mine budget and we might see these investors involved in the downstream process, which would mean they have to contribute to the capex. Although I think it is unlikely for them to be involved in the downstream processing after the legal dispute.
