ann says JV is already in place so where is the 2 x 3M$ USD ? i am not sure i would call it accumulation it should have never tested 0.003 given the buying when the formal binding ann was released. there been multiple green days with US market now not appearing concerned about recession. australia likely to drop rates soon as tipped by CBA so why no movement for MRQ for a de risked company
