They are taking up the option to obtain 100% of all Yardilla and are excited about this.
" MRG Metals Limited (MRG) is pleased to advise Shareholders that it has exercised its right to acquire 100% interest in the licences (E63/1626 and E28/2338) defined under the Option and Sale Agreement with TasEx Geological Services Pty Ltd of 20th June 2014 and Deed of Extension dated 19 May 2016. Consideration per the agreement is AUD$100,000 value of MRG shares based on the 30 day VWAP being 1.8 cents. Therefore, MRG will make payment of 5,555,556 shares. MRG now has a 100% working interest in all the tenements known as Yardilla and is excited to have absolute control on this highly prospective project. Preliminary Exploration drilling at Yardilla is expected to be completed early this week with core samples going to the Assay Laboratory for analysis later this week. A drilling update will be provided in the coming days "
