seems about right. Marketing tactics won’t work with farmers. They will get what’s it’s worth, land value. Doesn’t matter if you got the best real estate agent I the world this won’t change. Just have a look at Fifth st on the market for 2 plus years now, they are claiming they have made progress, laughable at best of times
