But a Joint Venture or Sale doesn't require this extra step.

However - From memory, I believe Andrew stated something along the lines of, 'We've had preliminary discussions with off-takers'... and that 'they want to see a high grade resource with a high margin for the first few years of production'.

This is why the up and coming MRE's for Koko Massava, Nhacutsce and Poiombo, are important. A ~150mt high grade resource will be the foundation necessary to secure those off takes. The remaining 1 billion tonnes of resource effectively adds to the LOM, albeit at a lower margin.
