I'm sure the company has a different view of value... starting off with pre-recovery in-ground value, better recoveries and higher prices. Happy for someone to post a different view and discuss. I substantiate my opinions with way too data/explanation as you keep complaining, so I doubt you're really interested in anything but the highest kite flown anyway.
