There isn't 10 Million coming into MRQ, there is 10 million coming into the joint venture. The JV will be a separate company which MRQ has a part share of. MRQ cannot take funds from this for it's own use outside of the JV.

So yes, the JV will be funded, but the company will still need to raise capital. The company itself has outlaid exploration agenda for it's other projects. Nothing has been said to the contrary, so expect a raising during the next quarter. They had $627,000 on hand as of 31st of March, that was 3 months ago.

In this quarter they have been on the ground in other tenements doing work as per below, this all costs money.

Don't stress about a capital raising, I don't think it will be too big, and hopefully the share price is higher than it is now when it is done.
