I agree that the JV partner would be mad to not be soaking up shares at these prices. I think someone has been, the company does have options as the JV partner is cashed up. Either way I bought a lot of shares on the day of the announcement for a very good price and there is no way I am selling out at these prices. I can see the options being in the money in the not too distant future, which may help with capital as well.
