yes the investment of usd$6m would be for the HMS project. Under the Wickbury MoU for the Shawa project they need to spend $250k for Stage 3 and $250k for Stage 4... to earn-in 51% of the project. I assume the Sinowin funds can't be used for this so they might need to tap the market BUT there is no deadline as to when they need to start this work. I imagine mgt are quite focused on moving the Sinowin JV along at speed to construction.
I guess the point is IF and WHEN at some point they need to raise capital... I don't expect a discount to the SP.
There is absolutely no pressing need for them to do so at the moment.
this is just my view based on the announcements.
