- Ilmenite in THM ranges from 45.09%–54.72% in the three samples, with the bulk of ilmenite defined as mineral phases with 70-85% TiO2. Dominant ilmenite grainsize is >100μm suggesting efficient pre-concentration of the product.
the slime % is averaging around the 15%, so looks pretty good.
the zircon and rutile content is not high (~2.7%) from memory, but the quality of the ilmenite in this project alone is enough for it to be economical is my understanding.
