The potential is just too big to just drill. If this company can mine and produce, we're talking many $billions of value.
Given the recent Ilmenite price increases, favorable HMS sentiment, all the Mozambique government initiatives in the region, and the sheer size of this monster resource, I suspect we won't have any troubles attracting a JV partnership for mining and production.
