this announcement falls far short.
cash is running out and the next CR to pay directors their wages will not cut the market mustard.
time is ticking, a race against the clock between cash spend bleeding and coming up with earth shattering news, IMO, not investment advice.
The pressure is on now to come up trumps before the bank balance is $0
IF this is such a substantial proposition a takeover would have occurred by now.
Sadly 3-4 years on nothing fundamentally has changed.
Any suitor would be looking at taking out at a nits price,
just look at the volume on the bid and on the sell.
it a huge wall of sellers wanting out.
