3 (now 4) months due diligence was and remains very ambitious. I compare to another stock I'm invested in (FND) where recently a $37 million transformational investment was presaged by over 6 months due diligence based on management public interviews, and that was less complex (investor and business in same jurisdiction as business, simple ATM business with long secure contracts) and of a much smaller quantum than Lanqi is on the hook for. Wouldn't be surprised if next extension is for several months.
