Just hard to believe this is still at 9 mil MC when the worst case scenario for MRQ is 50 million USD buy out.
Deal might not be finalised yet but every update has shown good progress and no signs of any parties backing out. Even if you were to be cautious about the deal potentially falling through, a $40-50mil is more than fair right now!
