MRG Metals and Sinowin Lithium (SLC) signed a binding joint venture agreement on June 12, 2024. SLC has made monthly payments totalling $200,000 to cover MRG’s working capital and management involvement.

SLC has completed a revised feasibility study and initial engineering design. Work on a tailings dam is ongoing, as well as alternative power sourcing and metallurgy studies.Equipment procurement has started, and discussions with the Mozambique government are ongoing to facilitate equipment importation.

The Hong Kong JV company, Terraland Mining, has been established with a board in place. - The UAE-based JV entity has not yet been formed, and alternative zones are being considered.

A revised mining license application has been submitted for both the Corridor Central and Corridor South projects, targeting 110,000 tonnes of concentrate production in stage one.

The EIA scoping, including community engagement, has been completed.A tender process for contract assignment is underway, with an estimated 6-9 month timeframe for completion.

Operations continue as per the JV agreement.The JV aims to develop significant mineral resources in Mozambique, with ongoing studies and investments aimed at accelerating production.
