Honestly what a poor attempt at attention! It only takes two seconds of "actual research" to see that news article is rubbish and they didn't actually attack Palma and that the reason IS keeps getting a mention is to get the US involved. It's basically disenfranchised youth who need jobs, they'll get them once there's stability and investment. It's all coming and will alleviate the majority of the problems there.
